Make a special day even more special!

For $1 per greeting, add your name to the Birthday Card sent out to the Pap member(s) of your choosing. Between now and DECEMBER 20TH you can select Pap Member’s Birthdays for January, February and March and donate by Credit Card through our new online WellWish Program! Or, if you'd like to pay by check, you can CLICK HERE to download the form.

To select and donate through our website using your credit card, please do the following:

1. Click Wellwish.onegift.ai/makeawish/. The opening window of the program will display.
2. Type your name or your pap ID and select yourself from the list
3. Click [Show Order Form] and the Birthday Buddies list will display
4. Select each recipient from the select box next to their name. (As you select each recipient, the total updates at the top of the form.)
5. When done, Click Make Wishes at the bottom of the form. The payment information dialog will display.
6. Enter the number of wishes you selected in the amount box, your email address and choose if you wish to cover the processing fees.
7. Click Make Wishes
8. Enter your credit card information and click Donate. You will receive a confirmation email.
