Get Ready to Shine at Pap's Got Talent!
We're thrilled to announce that our 2026 Signature Event will be Pap's Got Talent! – a spectacular talent show set to dazzle you on March 7, 2026 at 2 pm at the beautiful Wold Theatre at Lynn University in Boca Raton.
This isn't just any talent show; it's a chance to showcase our members’ incredible skills, enjoy an afternoon with friends, and most importantly, raise vital funds for cancer research at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. With the Wold Theatre seating 700 people, we're aiming for a full house! We want to see as many Pap Corps members, family, and friends in the audience as possible. Calling All Talented Pap Corps Members!
We know many of you have hidden (or not-so-hidden!) talents, and now, is your time to shine! We're looking for:
- Singers
- Dancers
- Musicians
- Comedians
- Magicians
Both single acts and groups of up to five people are welcome. If you're a non-acoustic musical band, a large dance troupe, or have a complex setup, please be aware that stage accommodations may not allow you to be selected.
Important Participation Details
Only Pap Corps members may participate. If you're part of a duo or group and your partner isn't yet a member, please ensure they join the Pap Corps before submitting your audition.
How to Audition
Auditions will be held via video submission. Simply use your cell phone to record a current one-minute performance clip. These videos don't need to be elaborate – just enough to show us your talent!
Please email your video to [email protected] via a direct attachment or link via Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Youtube.
The deadline for submissions is October 30th, 2025.
In the body of your email, please include:
- Your Name
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Your Pap Corps Chapter
- How long you've been a member
- If you are a cancer survivor
- A brief paragraph about yourself and how you got started with your talent.
What Happens Next?
All submissions will be reviewed by a committee, and selected participants will be notified by email in mid-October.
If you are selected to participate, you must be willing to:
- Perform live on the show date, and be judged by a celebrity panel, who will award “Best Entertainment” First, Second, Third places.
- Participate in videos that will be posted online for public voting, and encourage your friends and family to vote to help us raise additional funds.
- Have your photos shared on social media and in our newsletters.
- Attend in-person rehearsals and Zoom meetings to help us create a cohesive and amazing show.
